4 Star Hotels in Sendero Bosque 1968 Trail, La Fortuna

Excellent experience overall. We're a family of 4 and we got rooms 16 and 17 (one queen bed and one twin bed), they have the best location, separate from the main building with excellent views and lots of privacy (see pictures) . The only thing is that unless you are the first one in the building (4 rooms) taking a shower, chances are there will not be much hot water left. The restaurant serves very good food. We stayed in a room with volcano view ! Large, well furnished, with big terrace to admire the view on Arenal volcano. The place is great, in the middle of nature ; really nice and helpful staff ! Just to be aware, breakfast is not located directly on property but in a hôtel close by, shuttle available !

The hotel is perfect. Amazing location near the waterfall. The hotel sits in the jungle, surrounded by nature, designed in a way that blends in beautifully. Large rooms, open shower, comfortable beds. The service is great - the hotel does everything to make you feel good, fruit juice at the check in, free coffee and cookies, a travel advisory service available all day, good breakfast, and a night tour where you see many types of frogs. Generally - one of the best, if not the best hotel here. I recommend to stay here at least few nights. There are things which can be improved, but they are doing their best.
