"Beautifully presented hotel with one of the most comfortable rooms I've ever stayed in. All the staff are very friendly and there are lots of them so you're never left waiting or without someone to ask. The rooftop bar is a must visit and the experience with the blankets, heaters and hand warmer is memorable. About 30 mins walk from the main train station and we had our luggage transferred to our next location, no trouble. Would definitely return again if staying in Kyoto."
