The only problem we encountered was we had to circle around until there was an opening for us to pull our car in to drop off our luggage and the car park is a bit of a walk away. "A fantastic hotel to stay in. Shuttle Bus- be careful: - I was left waiting for nearly 40 minutes (10:45- 11:20) after ringing the hotel to be collected by the hotel's shuttle bus, and it didn't show up at all despite being promised it would be there by 11. I arrived at the hotel only to find out the shuttle bus left at 11:30 instead. There's supposed to be one going "every 30 minutes"."
