"What a fantastic trip. The service from the staff from start to finish was exemplary. Pick up was a shared limousine van. Pure luxury for the 2.5-3 hour transfer. When we got to the main boat we were served lunch which was beautiful. A great selection for all tastes. Happy Hour was twice a day and the bar man Alex was extremely generous with his portions. "We had a wonderful stay here as a group of 12 adults! The hotel staff were some of the friendliest I’ve ever encountered and the hotel was so lovely and cosy. The breakfast selection was excellent, and we enjoyed the extensive bar menu on multiple evenings. Many of our party loved the pool area too to relax and escape from the hot humidity. Would definitely recommend this hotel to any traveler. "

"The hotel keep up the spirit and Western style mixed with Asian hospitality. We visited first time in 2008 and its still very good! Breakfast is good for both Westerners and Asians. Good restaurants and bar!"

"It is a luxury hotel with great service, but the location of the hotel makes it difficult to go to other places by walk, simply because crossing the street for non-Vietnamese is too challenging!!"

"Very nice hotel and friendly staff! Room was comfortable and whole resort area was very nice. Only problem was I had a light that I couldn't control and it would turn on and off all night. Seemed to be a motion sensor light that had broken or gone faulty. I complained and someone came to look at it but it didn't get fixed. Hope it was just something wrong with my room and not all!"

"Night staff was not nice at the furst day and he cheated the currency conversion. I found that out on the next day. He wasn't nice on the second day either. I also booked a taxi but the taxi came 30 mins late so I was almost late for my flight. Hotel was very expensive compare to its facilities and its service. Hot noodle breakfast was very good though."
