The hotel made us very welcome even to the extend of presenting us with a welcome gift. It all added to a most enjoyable break with good food and drink, good company and excellent entertainment. "Excellent heritage hotel (former coaching inn) in thriving Ledbury. Room was clean and comfortable, with pretty terrace outside the room. Large and yet also cosy bar with great choice of drinks. The restaurant looked very inviting, but we ate at the outstanding '33 The Homend' nearby, recently granted a Michelin star. Free parking. Only negative was that the heating wasn't working but it wasn't really needed, and I am confident they will fix it"
