"When we arrived we found the parking lot has a lot of tow trucks in it, and that it is in a more industrial area, being that it was close to the Air Port we figured it would be more located for travelers, the only thing going for it in the location department is they are less than a quarter miles from the rental car depot for the air port so picking up and dropping off our rental car was a snap. "

Favorites were the aquarium (got to pet sharks, jellyfish, and stingrays), the train shed for food (drinks and bruschetta were incredible), and the grand hall show. "Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town."
