VILLA TREVI - ORVIETO AREA

Villa Trevi is a wonderful stone property in Latium right on the border among Tuscany and Umbria. Located near Trevinano, it is just just 8km far from San Casciano dei Bagni. It offers a picturesque view of the woods and hills of the Nature Reserve of Monte Rufeno. This luxurious villa has been recently restored with taste and refinement. The property has a swimming pool with hydro-massage area, a garden with olive trees and an outside area where to enjoy the quiet of this place. This farmhouse offers comfortable accommodation in pleasant surroundings.

This comfortable property develops over two floors.

Ground floor: lounge and dining room with fireplace, kitchen equipped with microwave, dishwasher, oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer), 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 bathroom with shower.

First floor: 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. This floor has an independent entrance from the outside staircase.
