My first reaction was Location, i give it 10/10 right next to the airport within walking distance. 2nd very clean property, friendly staffs and the security guys very welcoming. I stayed in many hotels but so far for me ET Skylight hotel is The winner when it comes to the room space, clean very relaxing, All you can Eat buffet. A True 5star.
It’s worth every penny.

I gave it a low number because of the internet. Very unstable and unpredictable! It goes off constantly and trying to connect all the time is annoying! Sometimes it would not connect. My numbers also are
In relationship to the price I paid! I would have expected a lot more for the price and place!

I didn't like the fact that I had to ask for the USD 25 food and drink provided as Expedia Platinum and it took the reception staff a while to figure what it is. Also tthe water shower was not hot.

I didnt receive any of the VIP benefit. The people at the desk are totally unaware of it. Needless to say i have stayed in this hotel more than 10 times and have faced non working key cards and inclean rooms without any regret or compensation of upgrades as they would other hotels

They are helpful and conveniently located inside the terminal. Modern and breakfast included was a nice perk. You wont have to go thru security and immigration again.

I have two delux room, one is E 419 is very bad, no mirror light try to call to fix. The engineers are not show up. They do not treat Ethiopians very well.
