It is a quiet flat, perfect for rest. Additionally, it is well-located, close to beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers, buses, taxis, medical centers, shops, diving centers, ATMs, and excursion offices.
The apartment features 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a sofa bed. It has 1 bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining comfortably, including a large table. The living room has a sofa bed as well, Smart TV and a furnished terrace with views of the pool to enjoy sunny days.

Taxis are inexpensive, and bus connections are excellent. There is free parking in the area, along with shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, and car rentals. It is the ideal place for a family, couple, or group of friends to spend their vacation.
Parties are prohibited, and guests are kindly requested to avoid excessive noise during the day and night to respect the rest of all neighbors in the complex.
