Come to David's House to enjoy magnificent sunsets. Modern 2 bedrooms Penthouse, recently refurbished and fully equipped in Adeje, located in a quiet area with bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops on the street. Supermarket at 20 m, bus stop at 100 m, taxi rank at 300m, big shopping center at 700m, beach at 3 km. The penthouse has a terrace with views of the sea, the garden and the mountains.

The Penthouse is very bright, with sea and mountain views. It has been recently refurbished and equipped with top quality products, high end appliances and some designer handmade items made by the owner.

Due to insufficient instructions regarding parking which is difficult to find in this area, we had a very difficult time finding the apartment and then no way of calling David. A restaurant owner two doors down did by chance have David's number and we finally connected.The apartment looked clean and well outfitted. The appliances are new and worked well and there were enough dishes. An extra smaller frying pan would have been nice as well as a lifter and spatula. An extra comfortable chair in the livingroom would have helped as after sitting on only the couch for 5 weeks, it is no longer comfortable. The walls are bare of art work other than a single round mirror which is hung high above the couch and is pretty useless.More clothespegs for hanging on the roof lines are needed. The balcony overlooks a parking lot and there is a nice view up the mountain and to the west. In the winter there is only a short period of sunlight, when the sun is setting, on the balcony. Therefore, the balcony is always cool. The best place to sit is in the park across the street.David was prompt in responding to our queries. The door locking system gave us difficulty and the kitchen lights failed. All was quickly repaired.Being in Adaje was very pleasant for walking and for driving to other locations. There is lots of good shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the location very much.We did think the apartment was overpriced for what was made available.

Apartamento fantástico de lujo

Hemos pasado nuestras vacaciones en Tenerife en este bonito apartamento. Hemos estado con nuestra hija y un bebé. Está todo nuevo con una decoración de calidad. Estaba inmaculado y con todas las comodidades. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los utensilios necesarios y electrodomésticos de alta calidad, tenía también lavavajillas. Las camas son muy cómodas. Se nota que también los colchones son de alta gama. Y las sábanas y toallas de altísima calidad. La verdad es que es un lujo de apartamento. A mi marido y a mí nos gustaba mucho la terraza, con unas bonitas vistas. En la misma calle hay cafeterías, tiendas, supermercados y parques infantiles para los niños. Por las características del apartamento la relación calidad-precio es muy buena. En 10 minutos en coche estás en la playa. La comunicación con David, el propietario, fue inmejorable. Muy atento con nosotros. Sin duda volveremos.
