"This is the best hotel we have stayed at in Tenerife. The hotel is spotless and the staff are fantastic. In particular Roberto at reception and Yenifer and Omar in the restaurant. The food was amazing in particular the porridge at breakfast and the beef tenderloin. It didn’t feel mass produced like a few buffets do. "We had a great experience at this hotel, especially for the price! The hotel is a little older, but it was clean, the food was good, and there were plenty of pools spread across multiple floors. The new splash pad and kids’ pool were a big hit, and the kids absolutely loved them. The location was very convenient, close to shops and the boardwalk, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, it was a great value for the money and a fun place for a family vacation."

"We have stayed at many apartments on this complex this one was very nice , excellent location,large balcony looking down to the pool. Kitchen had everything you need , apartment was spacious. The only complaint I have is the shower wasn't powerful but was ok , the curtain for the shower kept falling off, maybe something different than a curtain or drill a few brackets and secure the pole."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. It is a huge place with lots of pool and restaurant options, and brilliant staff. The restaurant setup is fairly unique, we ate at five different options even without being able to sample the top two (as they are adults only and we had our baby with us). Smart dress is required at each, reservations pretty much mandatory to get in due to the demand (it was. busy week when we stayed). Decent mix of cuisines, some variability in service but most staff were brilliant. Breakfast was a highlight, so many options and a great set up. As we were travelling with a baby we didn't get to use too many ameneties but from what I saw the spa looked lovely and it seemed to be a good place to bring children 3+ years old with the extra facilities and events for them. I wish some of the entertainment had been available earlier in the evenings, music shows seemed to start quite late assuming everyone had a late dinner, which didn't suit me. But that was a minor issue."

"The apartments are huge with large fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, kettle and toaster all in excellent condition. We had a three bedroom apartment which had so much space and storage. Balcony looking out over the sea had 6 sunbeds and table and chairs for 8 with still loads of space! Entertainment team of Emma, Nicola and Dianna helped make the holiday with their fun and enthusiasm. Large resort so does mean some rooms are quite a bit from the pool but the views are worth it. Friendly helpful staff on reception also."

"Our stay, was exceptional from start to finish. To be greeted at check-in with a glass of champagne, and selecting a room fragrance is a perfect start. Having private access to the pool was nice to enable a cool dip during the warm afternoons. The spacious terrace was well-furnished with decent sunbeds, a dining table, and a comfortable sofa. There is a great selection of high-quality breakfast products, including several sourdough bread options and plenty of seeds, nuts, fresh fruit, and yoghurt for the health-conscious, plus a good variety of cooked options. The minor gripes for us: Firstly, not the hotels fault, there were the odd inconsiderate guests who felt the need to be heard by everyone or to use a mobile phone on hands free in a restaurant. We used to hotel shuttle to dine at Il Bocconcino one evening and informed both the concierge and the shuttle driver that we were dining there. We were dropped at the main hotel reception and told we had to walk outside, along the road, to the reception other end of the complex. The driver could have dropped us at the other reception (driver drove past us) or we could have been offered the internal shuttle. This could be a real inconvenience in the height of summer when trekking down the road in eveningwear, when you'll be sitting outside with no aircon. Beyond those minor details, it remains an absolute sanctuary for a couples' getaway in Costa Adeje, and would definitely return."
