Spend your vacation in the beautiful, bright holiday apartment "Vista Pirata", which is part of the well-kept residential complex "Sueño Azul" in the holiday resort of Callao Salvaje. The apartment has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open living room, divided into a kitchen, dining area, sofa/TV area. This is followed by a large covered balcony overlooking the Atlantic and the neighboring island of La Gomera.
Also from the master bedroom you have a patio door to the furnished balcony. Both bedrooms are equipped with large built-in closets. The two bathrooms each have a shower. Family-friendly apartment with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer combination, TV and WiFi.
The well-equipped kitchen has an oven and microwave as well as other electronic devices such as a toaster and kettle. So everything you need (incl. iron/ironing board) is available for a longer stay.

Only a few meters away is the "Sueño Azul Beach Club", a seawater swimming pool with restaurant and bar.

    Die Wohnung ist recht gross für zwei Personen und relativ gut ausgestattet. Kleine Mängel (TV, Internet) wurden schnell behoben.

    Ein schlichte aber saubere Wohnung in eigentlich "ruhiger" Umgebung

    Die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock über ein Treppenhaus zu erreichen. Ein Aufzug ist nicht vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht und funktionsgemäß, jedoch sind die Messer, Töpfe und Pfannen aus der Ikea und tiefer Kategorie und sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Die Wohnung hat keine Klimaanlage, doch die wäre durchaus sinnvoll. In der ersten Nacht war es einfach zu warm, auch Durchlüften brachte wenig. Wir fragten dann nach einem zweiten Ventilator nach, den wir dann auch bekamen. Einer war dann im Zimmer der Kinder, einer bei uns im Schlafzimmer. Dennoch war es einfach zu warm in der Wohnung die die Wärme nicht wirklich abführen wollte. Die Waschmaschine ist nicht mehr die Jüngste und poltert ein wenig, bei Nacht nicht empfehlenswert die laufen zu lassen, ansonsten wäscht sie aber gut. Ein Wäscheständer ist auf dem großen Balkon der vom Schlafzimmer bis zum Wohnzimmer reicht, vorhanden. Die Küche ist groß genug um sich etwas zubereiten zu können. Sicher nicht mehr das neueste Modell aber wirklich ok. Toaster, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine sowie eine Spülmaschine ist vorhanden. Ebenso ein großer Kühlschrank mit großem Eisfach darunter. Durch die sehr warme Luft in der Wohnung setzt der Kühlschrank gerne schnell Eis hinten an, weshalb ich nur zu einem mit automatischer Abtaufunktion raten kann. Messer, Besteck, Töpfe und Pfannen sind wie gesagt bereit ausgetauscht zu werden. Ein nicht-geriffeltes Messer mit glatter Schneide und einen Messerschärfer dazu haben wir nachbesorgt und da gelassen. Trockentücher waren auch vorhanden wie auch Handtücher in den beiden Toiletten die jeweils noch eine kleine Dusche hatten. Die Toiletten und Duschkabinen waren sauber und gepflegt. Die Schlafräume waren ok, das der Kinder glich ein wenig einem Gefängnis was den Gittern vor dem Fenster und der arg schlichten Einrichtung geschuldet war. Dieses Zimmer war auch besonders warm. Dazu kam, dass es straßenseitig war und gegen über gerade gebaut wurde und zwar hörbar. Einen halben Tag mal in der Wohnung zu verbringen war kaum möglich und die Kinder waren zeitig wegen der Wärme und des Lärms. Ein Deckenventilator war im Wohnzimmer vorhanden, aber auch egal wie man ihn einstellte, er drehte sich wohl schneller (er kann rückwärts wie vorwärts), effizient war er nicht. Lief er schnell war zudem noch das Klappern der beiden Kettchen zu hören die angebracht sind für Licht und Geschwindigkeit. Der Ausblick vom Balkon aus war super. Einen Parkplatz hat man immer gefunden.

    Sehr gutes, schönes und ruhiges Apartment, nur kleine Probleme mit dem Schwimmbad

    Es handelt sich um ein sehr schönes apartment in einer guten Lage. Es ist sauber und (zwar nicht besonders geschmackvoll, aber) sehr funktional eingerichtet Punkt die Betreuung durch die Agentur war sehr gut, und sie sind schnell auf kleine Probleme eingegangen. Der einzige Aspekt die, der uns etwas gestört hat, war das Schwimmbad Punkt das Schwimmbad wird kommerziell betrieben, was den Vorteil hat, dass man dort Drinks und angeblich obwohl wir es nicht ausprobiert haben, auch gute Mahlzeiten bekommen kann Punkt allerdings hat das Schwimmbad sehr eingeschränkte öffnungszeiten, und ist montags und dienstags ganz geschlossen Punkt daher kann man nicht einfach zu den Zeiten, zu denen man gerne möchte schwimmen gehen.

    Die Wohnungsübergabe war nicht besonders gut, da man uns nichts zur Benutzung des Pools gesagt hatte und auch Mängel ( kaputter Wohnzimmertisch ) auf den wir hinwiesen wegen der Verletzungsgefahr, wurden ignoriert. Offensichtlich wusste die Agentur über die Nutzung des Pools nicht Bescheid. Man sagte uns dass man Karten für die Nutzung des Pools bekommt und diese uns sofort vorbei gebracht werden. Eine Nachfrage nach drei Tagen ergab, dass man doch keine Karten bekommt, es reicht die Angabe der App. Nr. um den Pool nutzen zu können. Das Internet war eine Katasrophe. Offensichtlich hat der Vermieter hier gespart und stellt nur ein geringes Volumen zur Verfügung. Nach ein paar Tagen hatte man keinen Zugriff mehr auf das Internet. Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung, aber man könnte manche Sachen noch optimieren.

    A little bit of paradise

    Far from the madding crowds on the rest of the Costa this property is located in a quiet residential area of the lovely Callao Salvaje. Only a short walk away from the local shops and restaurants and a bus to Los Gigantes in one direction or Los Cristianos in the other you have everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
