"Staff were lovely. It was very clean. However, I was dissappointed as the tv would not work, and we were give a room for wheelchair users, which was lovely, however the work surfaces were too low for us. I asked to move rooms with average height work surfaces and a working tv, but nothing was done. It is in a good location to all the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Taxi rank with taxis 24 hours parked outside which i found great for our early flight. "

"Everything was excellent. Not sure why there are some poor reviews about the food. We thought it was good. Location was good for Las americas and Adeje. The room was spotless. The weather was bad while we were staying but the spa was a blessing as it kept us busy whle it rained."

"Great place to stay, next to siam park, the shop downstairs is great and the sausage rolls are unreal, balcony is huge. room is equipped with everything you need, there is a hill to get to the hotel if you are on foot you may struggle if you are making the trip multiple times throughout your stay."

"An amazing hotel run by friendly staff in a fantastic location. The hotel is decorated with beautiful tropical plants, secluded from the coastal strip but close enough for lovely views from the bar. The food is a mix, great breakfast and lunch options but felt that dinner was poor, both in the booked restaurants and buffet. A small shame in an otherwise splendid hotel overall."
