A spacious and well-appointed two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in the sought-after Roque del Conde complex in Costa Adeje, Tenerife. This apartment features a large terrace with breath-taking views over the coastline, perfect for relaxing and dining outdoors.

The apartment is comfortably furnished and sleeps up to four guests, with a double bed and two singles. The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with essential appliances such as a fridge, microwave, oven, and cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron, and bed linen are provided for added convenience.

Roque del Conde is a well-maintained residential complex with a communal swimming pool, ideal for cooling off on warm days. It is situated in a peaceful elevated area of Costa Adeje, offering panoramic sea views while still being within easy reach of local amenities. The Gran Sur shopping mall, just a short drive away, offers supermarkets, shops, cafés, and restaurants. The nearest beach is approximately a 35-minute walk, so car hire is recommended.

Costa Adeje is one of Tenerife’s most popular resort areas, known for its upscale hotels, golden beaches, and vibrant nightlife. Nearby attractions include Siam Park, one of the world's top water parks, and an excellent selection of golf courses. Visitors can also enjoy boat trips to see whales and dolphins, scuba diving, paragliding, and quad safaris.
