"Wendy was very efficient at responding to any messages .The 5th bedroom is not really big enough for two people and the sofa bed in the family room was quite uncomfortable but the other beds were very comfortable We had a lovely week and enjoyed it very much"

"We spent an incredibly relaxing week at this property, and it truly hit every mark for a peaceful getaway. Tucked away in a quiet, isolated village, it offers complete solitude—yet it is conveniently located just a 20 to 30-minute drive from local shops, coastal towns, and fantastic beaches.The interior of the villa is beautifully decorated, impeccably kept, and stylishly appointed. Even during the heat of the summer, the refreshing mountain breeze kept the property comfortable and completely took the edge off the warm days.The highlight of the outdoor area has to be the stunning natural pool. It is such a welcome change from a standard, modern rectangle, and taking a dip surrounded by nature was pure joy. At night, the entire pool area lights up beautifully, creating a magical atmosphere for sitting out late.To top it all off, the host was fantastic. Communication was flawless from start to finish. Upon our arrival, Stavros took some time walking us through the property and giving us brilliant local recommendations for places to visit and eat.We couldn't have asked for a better stay—highly recommended!"

"We had a wonderful stay at White Villa near Chania and couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing holiday.Our host, Alex, couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. He recommended some fantastic places to visit and eat, which was really useful and helped us make the most of our stay.The villa itself was absolutely immaculate and truly felt like a home from home. We had everything we needed, with comfortable beds and spacious, spotlessly clean bathrooms. The swimming pool was perfect, with beautiful views overlooking the mountains, and we especially loved being able to enjoy fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden every day.The villa is a little remote, but there are a few lovely tavernas within a 5–10 minute walk, which was a real bonus. If you’re happy to drive, then this villa is perfect as a base for exploring the area and enjoying the peace and tranquillity.We would highly recommend White Villa and would absolutely love to visit again soon. Thank you, Alex, for making our stay so enjoyable!"

"Villa Koules is beautiful and peaceful. High standard of decor inside and out. Only a 10 minute drive from the beach. Lovely views of the white mountains from the pool. Nice village a few minutes away with a mini market and a few tavernas. The pool is a good size and we had lots of fun there. The owner was very kind, friendly, and helpful. We felt very well looked after."

"Très belle résidence au calme. Accès un peu surprenant au début (petite route), mais je penses que c'est un peu partout en crête. Belle piscine et terrain, il faisait très chaud pendant notre séjour, le seul petit bémol serait le manque d'aménagement ombragé."

"Séjour agréable dans un petit complexe de 3 villas. Jolie vue dans un environnement encore en construction. Restaurant et petite épicerie à proximité (1.5km), en revanche il manque quelques ustensiles pour faire la cuisine ( poêle, plats, cuillère en bois...) et pour la nettoyer (le lave vaisselle ne lave rien). La piscine est nettoyée tous les jours et le linge changé une fois par semaine. Pour garer la voiture, pas de parking à proprement dit mais un endroit à l'entrée de la villa."

"A beautiful house in the mountains. If you want peace and quiet this is perfect. The views are incredible. Despoina is a wonderful host who generously made us homemade cakes! This part of Crete is not busy but the local tavernas offer wonderful food (cheaper than in the main areas). The mornings are cooler in the mountains so this is a good area for walking."
