"We had a great week here. Family friendly resort, nice staff and great facilities. Brilliant pools and lovely beach. Buganvilla & Cafeteria restaurants were excellent both with a lovely setting. The resort is very good value overall. The resort feels safe and secure and has a relaxed feel to it. Slides only for young kids but the pools are great. Plenty of water parks nearby for more slide action. Thankyou Alfagar, we will be back!"

As for the staff, the front desk staff was generally distant and, at times, even unfriendly; however, the staff in the lounge and dining room during breakfast was always friendly, helpful, and efficient. The breakfast was varied and of good quality."

"location is super close to a beautiful beach that wasn’t crazy busy, plus some pools on the property which was nice. room was clean, only thing to mention was we did find a piece of a false eyelash on one of our bath towels. staff was super good and helpful explained where everything was on the property plus let us store our luggage till our room was ready, it is kept out in the open however the front desk is there all the time so not terrible."
