Freshly renovated holiday apartment with almost all amenities for a comfortable stay. The equipment is almost complete, towels, bed linen, soap, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, etc. are available. A new kitchenette with induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, hot air fryer, food processors + all kitchen utensils are available. If required, I can provide you with a drawer in our freezer that you may need for frozen products.

I look forward to welcoming nice guests and try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. On my property we love the coziness, the village peace and enjoy the surrounding nature. Ahausen is a small town near Rotenburg/Wümme and has around 1800 inhabitants. We have an easily accessible village shop (EDEKA) with fresh rolls and all basic groceries. A wine studio and other small shops also adorn the main street. We do larger purchases in the towns of Rotenburg, Sottrum, Verden/Aller, 12 km away, or in the Dodenhof shopping center, which is about 10 - 15 km away.

I can usually be reached by cell phone 24/7. In an emergency, you can also contact me directly by ringing my doorbell. In the apartment you will find specially compiled documents for your stay with all the relevant information, tips and advice, as well as seasonal discount cards for event parks, events or other events.

This adjacent nature with all its possibilities to relax on long walks, enjoy bike rides or unwind on trips to the not too far away recreational areas (e.g. Lüneburg Heath, Wümmeniederung, NABU nature reserves) or on hikes on the northern paths of the region (for people who prefer flatland hiking).

If you are interested in event parks such as e.g. B. Magic Park Verden, Heide Park Soltau and Serengeti Park Hodenhagen etc. the apartments are a perfect starting point for your activities.

It is only 20 minutes to Bremen, where many other activities for people who want to experience the Bremen Town Musicians, for example, can be reached quickly.

Bus and train connections to Rotenburg/Wümme and from there to Hamburg or Bremen are also possible, so your car can just stay where it is.

Rotenburg/Wümme is only 12 km away and can be easily reached by bike. Bicycles (touring bikes with gears) are available free of charge.

No-Go's: Drug consumption of any kind (including legal drugs such as cannabis) is not tolerated either inside or outside the apartment. Violations lead to immediate termination of the rental agreement and immediate eviction from the apartment without entitlement to a refund or partial refund.

There is the option of staying outside directly in front of the apartment. There are seating areas, outdoor sockets, a table and a charcoal grill available. Smoking is also permitted there. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited according to the house rules and will result in a cleaning fee and an associated penalty to be paid by the tenant.
