"The Zita I is a hotel mainly for Japanese tourists but I had been in the new Otani in Osaka and found it very comfortable. This Otani is connected to a high end mall, wit another hig end mall about a 10 min. Walk. There are a huge selection of restaurants and shops. A very pleasant area. "

The hotel has a wonderful spacious (public bath) onsen, restaurants, and even a Family Mart in the hotel. The room was tiny but luggage can easily be stored under the bed to maximize space. I would love to stay here again. "
