"We chose this place for it's convenient location from Gora station. I think we booked the condo side of the building instead of the hotel side, cause there appeared to mainly be families while we were there. Lots of facilities and amenities catered to children and families. We were lucky our room was on the same floor as the private bath, which we were able to utilize. Overall we enjoyed the experience, but it's better suited for families rather than a couple on their honeymoon."

"This is a great place for stay in Hakone, traditional Japanese onsen house, we ordered the room and board for two nights, and it's a great experience. Both the public and private onsens are great and we have tried both. The location is also quite convenient, could walk to the Kowakidani station, both bus and train. Their hotel service is also great, family style, from the moment you entered, there is no need to wear shoes, because the whole hotel is connected in a way that you could either by bare foot or their sandals."
