A bit outside of Hakone but a great location for folks who need to stay away from the city and people. The small town/ Sengokuhara is also great - a ton of museums and good restaurants. All walking distance. "

Only snag might be due to translation errors, where when booking it seems as though you are booked for a dinner, but it doesn't actually reserve the meal. "Everything was satisfying but I must say that the breakfast buffet was exceptionally great. We were a party of 8 with 4 kids. The restaurant prepared a space for all of us sitting together. "

The breakfast buffet was excellent with extensive choices both Japanese and enough western food options for our picky family :). I enjoyed the Onsen a few times and the location was perfect, just a 3 minute walk from Gora Station with direct access to the Hokane-Tozan railway and Cable Car (to ropeway). I would recommend this to all my friends visiting this area in the future. "
