The hospitality was incredible from start to finish, and the property itself feels beautifully tucked away in the hills of Hakone but really easy to access via the cable car and private elevator. The full kaiseki dinner was outstanding, every course was thoughtful and delicious, and the traditional breakfast was just as impressive. I stayed in the suite which had an incredible view, and it was perfect: peaceful, spacious, and designed for pure relaxation. An unforgettable experience."
