Having a full bath was great, but I didn’t even use it much because of the onsen/spa. The hotel location was very convenient - next to a convenient store and bus stops. Would return for sure! "

"The hotel is a wonderful oasis in Hakone, very quiet and serene. The rooms are comfy, it has a toilet, shower and an onsen. Theres also a public onsen which is beautiful and the restaurant is in both the main building and the annex. Theres free drinks at certain times, you use the yukatas provided, so many amenities. Great stay"

"Very nice stay. Staff was lovely. The room was clean and very spacious. The onsen was absolutely magical. Not many restaurants near by that open past 8 so organize your meals accordingly. Also taxis can be quite difficult to get. Only issue was that the location on Hotels.com was wrong and it took us a while to find it as it isn’t written in English on google maps. But that is a very minor issue. "
