"部屋
202号質（寧）に泊まりましたが、92m2以上もあり1泊では使い切れません。
調度品の質も高級感があって寛ぐことができ、リビング・寝室・浴室全てが庭に面して眺めも最高でした。
唯一、リビングの空調は20度設置でも暑すぎるくらいで、二つの内一つだけにするなど少し設定に苦慮しました。
食事
夜はフレンチ？ですが、古典的なフレンチではなく和の要素をふんだんに取り入れており、最高に美味しかったです。 以前、西麻布にあったQueenAliceを思い出しました。（石鍋さんの感性の塊でした）
折角なら地元（神奈川）の日本酒とmariageしたかったのですが、全国 を代表する日本酒（十四代、飛露喜、田酒）しかないとことだったので、ワインのペアリングにしました。（以前は地元の日本酒もおいていたようです）
ワインも最高でしたが、是非おいしい地元の日本酒（いづみ橋、天青、セトイチ、残草蓬莱、雨降など）をラインナップに加えてほしいです。
また、Menuがシンプルすぎて、メインの食材のみではなく、調理方法や他の食材も記載してほしいと思いました。（別紙でも良いかも）...
