"Wonderful small hotel, well located just outside the central area. Very spacious rooms, slick modern decor, lots of space to relax and store your things. Our room was on the top floor with a private rooftop onsen that was absolutely fantastic. The rooms don’t really have much in the way of windows or views, but the overall experience is marvelous. There is no food service in the hotel but there are many options nearby."

"This was our favourite stay for our whole Japan trip. We stayed at 3 other hotels. This place and area is unbeatable and i wish I would’ve booked a second night. I didn’t know that I would want to live this day again. The staff were ridiculously kind and helpful. At the end of our stay, I asked which bus and where I should take to get to Hakone-Yumi to and she literally left her post and started running to help me catch the bus. My son enjoyed free ice cream from the vending machine (which he loved). The band in the lobby before dinner was such a nice touch. The dinner and breakfast were perfect. Honestly, just the perfect relaxing spot for us. Would go back for sure. "
