Fuji is about 50 kilometers away and you can see it from a couple of train ride stops away whether permitting. "The 3-minute walk was uphill from Gora station, thankfully along a paced path by the cable-car tracks. If I didn’t have google maps, it might have been bit hard to find the place. Gora is beautiful, had pizza at nearby pub, excellent. The Gira Base B had its own terrace ( tight, narrow steps) but was cool. The room had large beds, all 4 of us slept in our own beds. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one wants, too bad we couldn’t use it due to just 1 night stay. The laundry machine was...
