Chambre propre sans superflu, face à la gare, très pratique. Proche du centre ville, 20 mn à pied du lac et des thermes (par le bus aussi, arrêt tout près). Bémol, nuitée bien chère pour ce type d'hôtel (205€ pour 2 nuits)

Prima hotel voor één nacht op doorreis. Maar de prijs is veel te hoog voor wat je krijgt. Vriendelijke mensen, maar een (te) eenvoudig ontbijt waar veel ontbrak.

nous avons passé une nuit en famille dans cet hôtel. Tout était conforme à la description et la chambre était propre, les lits confortables. Suite à une erreur de ma part, j'ai payé la chambre à double, et j'ai pu me faire rembourser sans problème. Merci !

Le personnel de l’hôtel était adorable et gentil et le petit déjeuner nickel mais en dehors de ça nous n’avons pas du tout appréciée notre séjour, l’hôtel sentais mauvais! La chambre était sale! Fuite du lavabo et la porte du balcon qui ne se ferme même pas … non franchement première et dernière fois !

Très déçu

Tres déçu de notre séjour. Chambre salle, des luminaires qui ne fonctionne pas. Des poile de chat ou de chien sur le couvre lit. La femme de chambre qui fume dans les chambres et dans le couloir. On loue pour deux nuit et il rentre dans nôtre chambre sans rien faire. Vraiment déçu 😠

A FUIRE!!!!! Il y avait des punaises de lit !!! Je n'ai passé qu'une 1h30 dans la chambre avant de partir a 1h du matin... J'avais réservé 2 nuit, j'ai rappelé le lendemain pour faire passé le message a la direction via le jeune homme plutôt gentil qui travaille la bas, personne ne m'a rappelé 4 jours apres cet incident plutot grave. Je me decide donc a dévoiler la verite pour les futur usagers quitte a ne jamais etre rembourser, ce qui est d'ailleurs inadmissible. Hotel pitoyable...
