"The place was quite pleasant. Nice and clean. There isn’t a front desk or daily housekeeping, but that was fine for us. They send you a code to get into the building and your room. Very easy. Location is close to a couple grocery stores and there’s a fridge in the room. My only complaint is the parking. It’s not totally clear which spots are free. Even with the video provided. There are some P2 paid parking spots near the Bonus if you don’t want to gamble. P2 is the cheaper option. "

"Perfect hotel to stay in Iceland. Right on the waterfront with a great view and fantastic service. Front desk associates were superb. Sophia assisted us several times and went above and beyond. From forgetting a water bottle at the Lava show, to leaving our key in the room, to happy wine places. If we ever return to Iceland we will stay here again."
