The staff was pretty friendly, however the room and building felt pretty run down...there was a "unique" smell throughout and we found some "bugs" in our room. We checked out early, but you get what you pay for....

My stay every time has been good. Staff have been polite, sincere, and have stayed ontop of what the hotel had to offer. Very quiet and relaxing.

Will not stay there again! Holes in bathroom walls, spiderwebs on ceiling. Table legs falling off. Gross Microwave, limited internet. Broken hair dryer.. dirty halls. short tempered staff. Enough said!!!!!

Really good!

I have stayed all over the world in some many really amazing places on someone else's dime. On my own dime I look for inexpensive places that might be good. This is one of the best ones I've ever been to for the price. Good sized rooms and very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again in a minute.

Great Staff

Honestly for the price and the location os was pretty good. It was persay very basic but it was good basic. Beds were comfy, pillows were great, shower felt good, it was clean, good tv channels and space in general. Had a microwave and mini fridge at no extra cost like other place. Went with a friend and stayed there to celebrate him being sober for a year...he said hed return and id agree.

We had an unexpected power outage at our home during a recent storm and needed a place to stay last minute. Thankfully, we found the Holiday Inn Express—and even more thankfully, we were helped by Dawn at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding during a stressful situation. Dawn made sure we were taken care of and found us a comfortable room quickly. The room was clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed. Almost there

Overall the room, 107, was definitely better than the last one, 211. The one eyesore was the outdoor ceiling of the entrance Pavillion, which still has gaping hole with plywood hanging out of it that is cordoned off by garbage pails and yellow "Caution" tape. This is the first thing you see as you pull up to the front desk of the hotel. It was there in May, also. Other than that the stay was fine for the price. The location, next to Walmart, and many restaurants, perfect.

Our room was disgusting. Toenails in the bathroom and bedroom, unvacuumed crumb covered carpet, stains on the headboard and blankets, trash above the microwave. On top of that thw toilet was not connected to the floor, there were two light switches that did nothing, and the "breakfast" was just waffles, ceral, or yogurt. The whole place smelt like weed and smoke even though we were in the non-smoking area. The staff was very kind however.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Bed was one of the worst we've ever slept on. It was low so handicap could access, but too low for anyone else and extremely soft in a bad way. Paint needs touched up, and sink basin was fully cracked. Property needs attention to detail. Breakfast was adequate.

The hair dryer didn't work. There was hair in the sink. There weren't enough towels in the room. Therefore, I had to go get towels to take my morning shower. Prior to checkout, there was a fire drill. The lady working the front desk kept getting interrupted from doing checkouts due to the constant incoming phone calls. Strange, she charged a $60 deposit at the time of checkout and charged it to the card that held the reservation (again, at check-out). The $60 fee was put on the card that we were told would not be billed. That specific card would be used only to hold the room reservation.

Bed was comfy, room location was cool, and fresh towels and linen were a plus. But, my non smoking room reaking of lingering cigarette smoke, my toilet being really dirty, seat, and inner part, front of the toilet as well, and the cookie, chip crumbs, and candy residue underneath the heater was not visible until I was sitting on the bed! Mediocre housekeeping at it's finest. I definitely will not be returning.

So so. I guess you get what you pay for

The staff were excellent, responsive and efficient. No issues with the people at all. The room itself needs an upgrade. The furniture was past it's prime. We had at least 5 fall-type beetles on the curtains. The breakfast was not good. There were bagels but no cream cheese or jelly/jam, only butter. The one morning there was yogurt in the case and the second morning there was none. No proteins, even a boiled egg. I walked over to Walmart and got a bag of boiled eggs and some cream cheese.
