"郊外の小さくて落ち着いたホテルです。窓が大きくて開放感があります。カーテンの遮光性は不十分なのでアイマスクが必要でした。寝具、洗面、シャワー、トイレは清潔で快適でした。部屋にはキャビネットとクローゼットがあり、スーツケースの荷物をそちらに移せば、暮らすように過ごせて快適でした。ガーデンビューの開放感のあるレストランで提供される朝食は、上品で美味しかったです。 スタッフさんは皆親切でした。 ホテルと同じ建物内に銀行が入っているのでキャッシングに便利でした。すぐ近くにスーパーやカフェレストラン、郵便局もありとても便利です。地下鉄の駅までタクシーなら5分、徒歩は28分かかりますが、ファミリーパーク内を抜けて歩いて行くルートは楽しめました。　またアルマトイに滞在するならこのホテルを選びます！"

"The location is good as close to train station and walkable to central. Near a shopping mall and restaurants and supermarket. Has a direct bus to/from airport. Room is standard nice and I would have rate it better if not for the aircon that dripped water(a lot) unto the bed and hot water is unstable. Breakfast is a small area that is not enough to cater to the hotel occupancy, so sometimes have to stand around and wait for table if you go in the golden hour."

"I really wanted to give this hotel a better rating, but it came up short in many areas. The room was comfortable but housekeeping was minimal. I checked in on Sunday and didn't see a fresh towel until Thursday. Bed was never made during my week - long stay. No hot water the last two times I took a shower. Noisy!
