"Terrible stay. Was supposed to have 2 bedrooms- one if them
Was locked. My friend and I were forced to sleep in the same single bed that was available. The management kept on saying they will resolve the issue but never called me back. Seems like a business of many apartments and listings, they don’t really keep track of what’s going on. The listing location in Hotels.com is wrong- it was way out of the center. "

"This is a charming older hotel and retains a sense of class. The staff is really amazing and they make you feel very special. Don’t expect pillow top beds or rain fall shower heads - it’s definitely an older property but it has good sized, clean rooms with large closets. There’s a lovely roof top sitting area with an amazing view. It’s tricky to get to with a car - no parking or even a pull out for checking in - so if you really need a car to be close to you this isn’t your place - but otherwise this hotel is quaint and in an excellent location. "
"I stayed here for 6 nights in a standard villa and it was absolutely beautiful. Staff was extremely friendly everywhere we went around the resort. They have a wonderful shuttle system which takes you to a beautiful beach (Praia de Luz) and Old town Lagos. Extremely convenient and comfortable ride. The villas were spacious and wonderfully decorated. I will stay here again next time I go to Lagos. "
