"Sunset" is a renovated vacation apartment with a large terrace right on the natural beach, with a wonderful view of the bay and the port of Pollença. Here it will be impossible not to disconnect during your vacation! The old town of Alcudia is just a 5-minute drive away. You can enjoy pleasant barbecues on the covered terrace with sea views or relax on one of the loungers.



The spacious living room, open to the kitchen, is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, and WiFi. Additionally, the living room has another table and chairs for indoor dining, if desired.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Alles in allem Empfehlenswert!

Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Drei Schlafzimmer mit top Matratzen! Sehr ruhige Lage. Ost und Westterrasse immer eine mit Sonne. Strand ist kein Sandstrand (eher Hundestrand) aber ok für eine schnelle Abkühlung. Die zwei Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Abfluss sorgt für schlechte Gerüche. Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell überall hin. Zu Fuss 10min in die tolle Altstadt von Alcudia. Große geräumige Wohnung. Vermieter wohnt im Erdgeschoss und ist sehr nett! Wohnung ist für Familien sehr gut geeignet.

Die schöne Altstadt von Alcudia ist nur 1 Kilometer entfernt. Man kann also gemütlich zum Abendessen hinlaufen. Sehr netter Vermieter. Danke für den schönen Urlaub.

Antworten jedes Mal innerhalb einer Stunde. Die Wohnung war wirklich gut präsentiert und makellos sauber. Gute Aussicht. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen.
