"Good clean room with courteous staff. Had a lovely dinner there that night. However we had a water leak in the bathroom at 9pm, when we notified staff they came up and upgraded us into an Executive sweet for the night."

"Honestly the greatest hotel I have stayed in. I will always look to stay here when I come to Manchester. The staff was very kind and the food was very yummy. "

"Room was great, spotless, tv didn’t work but wasn’t a problem as we spent the evening in the bar. We had a nice meal but drinks are on the expensive side. We took advantage of the shuttle service from the train station on arrival and then again next morning to the terminal for our flight. Second time we’ve stayed here and will do so again."

"The room and surroundings were beautiful. We had a few drinks in the bar staff were very pleasant, listened to some great funky music with the saxophone guy roaming the floor. A special mention to Tom on reception who we checked in with, he was so welcoming, friendly and he gave us a room with a great view of our city and I loved the free standing bath! Thank you Tom we would’ve liked to have thanked in person the next day! Siobhan👍 x"

"The room was lovely and clean. Comfy bed and great sized room. Friendly, helpful staff. The hot breakfast was poor, dry, cold eggs, under cooked sausages, the rest of the breakfast options were good just a let down with the hot food. "
