"Low quality, we walked in to the room that had a huge bucket catching parts of the ceiling that was falling. Yes we did get moved rooms but still it wasn’t the cleanest and I won’t be returning. I was close to asking for a refund. "

"Room was 4 star as expected but the resident facilities were none existent. There wasn’t any lounge seating in the lobby, shocking! There was no where to gather, chill or any hotel refreshment facilities. There was one public bar which was hugely successful and therefore rammed! We didn’t even try to get a drink. No room service on offer! Not what you expect from a hotel, might have well stayed in a room only! Breakfast was nice. Hotel restaurant was fully booked with locals. "
