"Robin at guest service was wonderful at check in. Very helpful with giving suggestions about the area . Our room smelled and the air conditioner moaned loudly all night . When I spoke with the girl at the front desk in the morning her reply was OK .. then I asked about where the metro and what line it was, she was very Kurt and just pointed and said that way ! 15.00 for 2 coffees and no GF options for breakfast. Location was good."

"Definitely pleased with my stay, especially for the price compared to everything else I saw when booking. Room and bathroom were clean, I didn't get the ick from anything. Breakfast was typical, nothing to shake a stick at but not bad. Parking was $15/day which also wasn't bad compared to other hotels around. Would stay again."

"Overall, my experience at this hotel wasn't terrible, but it was a bit disappointing given my high expectations. I absolutely love the area, which is one of the reasons I chose to stay here, but the hotel itself didn't quite live up to what I was hoping for. The staff experience was hit or miss—the morning staff were friendly and helpful, while the night staff seemed less welcoming, especially when returning late. The valet service was also confusing and quite slow, so be prepared for potential delays if you have somewhere to be. Fortunately, I wasn't in a rush, but it could be frustrating for other guests"

"Our stay at the Sheraton Old Town was nice. We were visiting for an overnight visit. Check in was smooth, except there was some $25 destination fee that was not mentioned when I booked. It was not a tax. Not sure what that was about. But the hotel did give us a $25 voucher for their restaurant/bar in return. The hotel was clean. We had a problem with our bathroom toilet running when we first checked in and they quickly changed our room for us. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel was walkable to King St. for evening dinner and entertainment and an easy drive into DC. Overall we had a nice stay."

"The room was pretty clean, the staff were very very helpful. The water pressure was not good, the toilet did not flush very well. Someone kept taking the "Do Not Disturb" sign off of our door. The soda machine and snack machines would not work. My husband walks slow with a cane and the ice machine was on an upper floor so the staff at the front desk were nice enough to give us ice instead of having to go up stairs. It was pretty quiet for the most part. It is an okay place to stay for a night or two, but not for any longer than that. It is close to everything."
