"Staff were very pleasant, extremely helpful. The resort was very nice. Made myself and family happy and enjoyable. Was mine and my wife anniversary, Seadust staff sent a nice gift. Room was nice, clean and spacious. Only small complaint was that to eat in the restaurants in the resort was long waits time. Buffet food was good. Staff Work extremely hard to make our stay the best. Thank you "

"Everything was perfect! Our butler, Denisee and customer service supervisor Fernanda made the experience extra special but all the staff were outstanding. My only issue is with the lack of sound proofing in the rooms. This resort is absolutely beautiful and relaxing though! I will come back and book serenity again!"

"We had such an amazing experience. From the moment we stepped foot onto the property until the moment we left. Each and every staff member was polite, accommodating, professional and genuinely happy to assist. The customer service was impeccable. Everything was very clean, mini fridge was restocked daily, the buffet was my favorite place to eat, and the pool in the elite club was heated. Some mixed drinks were a little watered down, but nothing an extra shot couldn't fix. Overall, I am extremely happy with our experience, I will recommend riu to my friends and we'll be back!
