Nice basic hotel a few minutes walk from The Old Town. Great heating and very clean will stay there again.

Wouldn't recommend
Very tired looking room in the original part of the hotel, grubby and tattered furniture and carpet. Very noisy and some quite rude staff. Pool area wasn't cleared of rubbish from one day to the next.

There is so much noise all night as the walls are paper thin, and then early in the morning the maids are extremely loud. Beds are really uncomfortable too. Good location for albuferia old town, however would not stay here again.

Weather was great, hotel was a perfect location. It was a bit loud in evening from hearing singers from the Old Town Square but this didn't bother us. Only down fall was the uncomfy beds

Staff were very nice. Room was a decent size. Rooms are not soundproof. There were very loud guests at all hours of the night and morning.

If you’re looking for a hostel looking hotel this is the one. The first room I was given was not at all what was advertised, there wasn’t even any room to open my suitcase. When we spoke to the hotel they moved us the next day to a new room, which they failed to tell us had just been freshly painted. We had to live in a room that smelled like toxic paint, what customer service. Don’t let the cheap price fool you, not worth it.

This is a terrible property, it had a bad odour throughout it, if your 20 and want to party all night and don’t care about your room or what your sleeping in, this is your place… at 3am we had someone urinating in the hallway, we left the hotel after one night , they still charged us for 3 and said we have 200’young people here doing whatever they want… avoid if your looking for anything otherwise its disgusting, paper thin wall, mold in bathrooms

Decent stay great location
Hotel is in a brilliant location, less than 5 minute walk into the old town, to shops restaurants pubs and the beach! Rooms with pool/sea view are quite noisy at night time. Majority of staff are lovely and very helpful, one lady at reception (blonde short hair) was very rude, no people skills, wasn’t approachable and not helpful at all!! Hated seeing her whilst passing reception. Everyone else is lovely though

Great location/staff otherwise below average
Room was too small for 2 people - we were tripping over each other to try to pass each other within the room. In addition, free wifi was offered but the wifi did not reach our room which was frustrating. Mirror in the bathroom was disgusting dirty/stained with dirt - it should honestly be replaced. Front desk staff was super nice and helpful. The location was perfect and would consider staying there again for this reason alone.

Staff were really lovely, had a leak one morning and it was sorted within an hour, offered a new room but it was fixed so felt no need. Only downside is the church bells that start from 8am so it’s hard to lie in, and also the doors aren’t very insulated so you hear everything going on in the corridor/when the cleaners clean the rooms in the morning on the same level. I paid for breakfast and couldn’t eat anything as I’m vegan but I had lots of coffee which I’m happy with. They did tell me if I mentioned it prior they would have gotten me food which is nice of them - I booked last minute (day before) so it didn’t bother me at all. There’s places close by that cater. Location is great, super close to the beach and the bars and restaurants. Pool gets sun all day. Overall really happy with my stay

Room at first seemed clean but towards the end there was an ant invasion that was on the balcony, i explained to the maid and on arrival back in room i found the ant invasion had moved into the room itself, as it was my last night and i had arrived back to the room late after the maid had finished her duties i put up with the ants running around the room walls and across the threshold of the bathroombut it was not nice dodging aroung them , unfortunately it spoilt my stay at the hotel.

Fab location great value
This hotel is basic but what you pay for it’s great. Location is best ever and Eddys bar over the road is great for food and staff and open till late but you don’t hear anything. High floors over pool get the best views

Very pleased with our stay
We absolutely loved our stay! I was slightly worried before we arrived. We booked our trip last minute and this was the only hotel available at a reasonable price. The reviews weren’t great but the photos looked nice so decided to take a chance. I’m so glad we did and we were so pleasantly surprised. The hotel was spotless as was our room. Check in wasn’t until 3 but our room was ready before 1 which was great after an early flight. We were on the same level as the pool which was so handy. Hotel is so close to the old town centre and the beach. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. Couldn’t fault the location at all. However with a pram or wheelchair I don’t think the hotel would be a great choice! Pool is a really nice space, plenty of loungers and a beautiful view. Pool itself is really nice but it definitely needs some work. If they don’t get the broken tiles sorted soon someone is really going to be injured. We choose not to eat breakfast in the hotel but did eat across the road in eddys, a fry was only £3.90 We would definitely return as a couple but don’t think we would come here as a family holiday with our daughter. Definitely just perfect for a couple or friends coming away to the sun for a few days/week I honestly wouldn’t be out of by any negative reviews and would just book it. For the price they offer and the location it’s definitely value for money

The property exterior was nice, the restaurants and beach are within walking distance. Staff was alright. There were drunks in the hallways all night, barely slept a wink. Called reception and it just kept happening. Didn’t get any sleep. They don’t enforce any of their rules with law enforcement, and so we got no sleep. The rooms were not what we expected, very crowded and paper thin. You can wash your hands while sitting on the toilet. I loved the location, but would probably never stay here again.

We paid extra for a room with partial sea view and requested a room high up with expedia. When we booked in, reception told us they do not do rooms with a sea view and had not recieved information from expedia regarding this. She told us she only had one room on the lower level, we asked to see it, this was a dark hole of a room at road level and was unaceptable to us. She then stated she had another room, we looked at this, still low level with no view of sea and overlooked the swimming pool. We then said we would have to have a full refund, at which she then produced a third room for us to have a look at, this was what we had expected from our booking website with a partial sea view and we happily accepted. This experience tainted our start to our holiday.

We were in a room with no veiw & the manager gave us a room overlooking the pool & the old town . Rooms clean, beds comfy, only problem was there was a lot of noise from the corridor as the doors seem to all have large gaps & the corridor carpet has no underlay so heard every footstep & conversation!! But overall good, would recommend & stay again.

The property is in a good position within easy walking distance to the old town, bars, shops and restaurants and the beach. The breakfast is very basic, only offering Chamomile or decaf tea. I found the bed very uncomfortable it was extremely hard. There isn't a hair dryer in the room but thankfully I had taken one. There was only one socket in the room so taking a multi usb charger is usefull if you have more than one phone/tablet to charge.

Nice place to stay, good location, helpful staff. Only down side was the noise made by the cleaners in the morning, starting from 8.00 am. Not good if you want a relaxing sleepy morning. Good visit overall though.

Great location near Old Town and just happy it was only a pit stop for the night. Don’t get me wrong, the people at the front desk were real nice but the hotel needs some work. We were given the first room when you walk into the hotel (room 300). Felt like I was in a jail cell! The room was located in the lobby of the hotel and as you can imagine, the traffic and noise level was very high. Pretty sure it was a handicap room because the entry way had two wooden doors that were paper thin. Cobwebs, stained blankets, and a dirty straw that was left behind from a prior guest. The carpet was disgusting as well. Not to mention, the mattresses literally felt harder than concrete. The air conditioning and the view from the window down to Old Town was the best part about the room. Fortunately we didn’t stay in the room for too long. Let’s just say we didn’t sleep too well (or at all).

A modest hotel but overpriced. Decent room. Small bathroom were you are notified from the start that for stained towel will be paying 10 euros and that the towels will be replaced every other day. Good service otherwise, but the area is very noisy day and night, as the whole Albufeira is.
