Salvator at the front desk was very professional and personable. Property is very nice with large rooms and cooking option if you choose to cook. Many restaurants within a few blocks to walk to though..and the Hotel has a very good dinner as well. Good location to take in the western Algarve towns.

First and last time at this disappointing stay Happy to check out one day early Very basic overall for a 4 start Very little options for dinner. Lift doesn't take more than 2 people Bed very uncomfortable

The property is near the highway and 10 mins drive to all the beautiful beaches. Convenient location with supermarkets and other necessities nearby. They change the linens after every 2 days, even after requesting they didn't provide clean towel after a day, which was disappointing. Other that that it is good.

Stayed here one night after touring a couple of vineyards in the area. Overall the hotel was in good shape, but the room we were in was dirty and smelled horrible, like mold and as if it hadn’t been occupied or touched in months. Thankfully there was a balcony and we aired it out for hours, but it was overwhelming. Couldn’t get out of the room fast enough…

You won’t be disappointed at Lagoa hotel!
Amazing staff, amazing big rooms and super happy with my stay! Attended for a festival and all staff were warm and friendly and went above and beyond for me and my friends. Fresh towels everyday, a bar, a pool, beautiful scenes, what more could you ask for?

Good budget option if you want the basics. Good central location in the Algarve. By a main road and accomodation is more functional than the ratings suggest. On the down side had to clean the bedroom floor when we arrived after that maid service was good, balcony was actually just access to the roof space and safe was chargeavle..

Excellent for a road trip in Algarve
Excellent value for money for a four star hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean, and modern. The location is good if you have a car because there is free parking on site (we had a garage) and it's a short drive to the beaches. It looked like there were a few good restaurants that were walking distance (we use TripAdvisor). We ate at a restaurant that specialised in BBQ chicken and it was amazing.

Excellent hotel with great amenities
This hotel exceeded my expectations. I very much enjoyed the amenities of the kitchenette. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowed us an extra hour prior to checkout. The beds were firm but comfortable. The pool was clean and inviting on a hot day. The air conditioner was quiet and worked well. I would definitely stay here again.

Top Rate - Highly Recommended
The first class accommodation and staff made my stay extremely enjoyable. The apartment was very comfortable and extremely well equipped. The usual lack of English speaking channels on the TV was the only downside but that is hardly worth mentioning when considering all the pluses of the Lagoa Hotel. Will certainly book again when requiring accommodation in the area.

Excellent hotel
I could not recommend this hotel highly enough, the staff were excellent, we dined in the restaurant one evening & the food was delicious, well presented & great value for money. The apartment was spacious, clean & well appointed & although we had read reviews which complained of road noise, we were not disturbed by it. The hotel was well placed for exploring the area although I am glad we had a car as I am not sure of the bus service.

Only real issue was the noise of the traffic. The back wall should have been a waterfall to muffle the traffic rather than a mural. Otherwise terrrific.

Puede y debe mejorar.
El cuarto de baño pequeño. Los suelos de la habitación poco limpios y con un deficiente mantenimiento. La escalera de acceso y las paredes necesitaban una mano de pintura. por lo demás aceptable en conjunto. El acceso peatonal necesita de un acerado adecuado, hay que andar por el arcén de la carretera con el consiguiente riesgo e incomodidad.

No parece de 4 estrellas.
No está mal el sitio pero hay cosas que nos han dejado un poco de aquella manera. Estábamos en un segundo piso y no hay ascensor hasta dicho piso. La única posibilidad es coger uno de otra zona y luego desplazarte bajando escaleras, es decir, no es cómodo. Habitación un poco estrecha y una mesilla tapaba una parte del armario. 4 perchas para dos personas es algo muy escaso salvo que sus visitantes sean solo de una noche o poco más.

Parcheggio comodo diretto sotto l'appartamento. La tenda della camera era sporca e bucata, il bagno non funzionava bene. Colazione scarsa per un 4 stelle. Personale molto gentile.
