Excellent Villa
Eleven of us stayed in this lovely villa for a week, including five grandchildren aged two to thirteen. Excellent facilities and only a ten minute walk to a lovely beach. The pool was well used and communication was easy.

Big house near to the beach. The neighbor was a litle inflexible with the noise
Although we understand that at night we should respect and be aware with music and noise during the day ( kids playing on the pool) is normal and the neighbor was complaining. The house of is great and perfect for us but this aspect was disturbing

I am sorry to hear that complaints were made about the noise levels being made. We were not made aware of this by the neighbours. We can only say that this is only the second time in 10 years of renting this house, that neighbours have complained about our clients making too much noise. All of our clients should be aware that in Europe, there are laws against excessive noise and should take care to ensure that they and their children are not too noisy.

Great location and great beaches
Initially a few minor complaints which were sorted out promptly and efficiently, Close to the beaches and a bakery /shop/bar 5 minutes walk. Lovely walk along the beach to Monte Gordo takes about 15 minutes. Edite Felix of Green Rounds was always available for longer trips. Great place and the Portuguese were very friendly.

Comfortable beach area rental for family vacation in eastern Algarve
The booking process, communications with owner/manager (including perfect instructions for getting to the property and into the property), well-equiped kitchen, family area, very clean pool and pool area for informal extended family visiting/eating, bedrooms, and bathrooms all worked very well for us. The house (with its appliances, kitchen set-up, and bathrooms) and neighborhood are quite new and provide easy access to the beach, to grocery shopping, to the wonderful little town of Tavira, and to all of the other treasures of the Algarve including the must-see Cabo Sao Vicente. All in all, we (our adult children and all of our grandchildren) were able to comfortably celebrate our 50th anniversary in one of our favorite parts of the world.

Nice house, pool and location
We had a great stay. We travelled as an extended family of 11 with children from 8-17 and everyone enjoyed it. The house was clean and spacious. Large and clean pool. Interaction with hosts was perfect with fast response to questions/requests. The area is relatively newly developed, but not overdeveloped - villas, not high-rise. There is a really nice bar with coffee, beer and snacks about 200 meters from the house. The bar also has a small shop that sell basic things including bread. The beach is also within walking distance and is beautiful. There is a nice seafood restaurant there. Recommended

Excelente localização em zona sossegada
Estivemos 1 semana na casa e gostámos muito. Excelente localização, iamos a pé para a praia e há um mini mercado perto. A casa tinha tudo o que precisávamos, a cozinha está muito bem equipada, a sala e a cozinha são muito funcionais com um balcão a separar as 2 áreas. Os quartos têm muita arrumação, e há 2 quartos com casa de banho privativa. A área exterior também é excelente, com zona para churrascos e uma boa piscina. A Else foi sempre muito prestável e gostariamos de repetir a experiência para o ano.

Casa grande, bem equipada e boa localizaçao
A estadia nesta casa foi mto agradável. Tem bons espaços, bem equipada, uma boa piscina. A praia é perto e mto boa. Pode se ir a pé com crianças. Em termos de limpeza ocorreram alguns contratempos iniciais que nos desagradaram mas voltaram a fazer as limpezas e colocaram novas colchas e tapetes. A casa está a precisar de alguma manutençao.

A pesar del mal tiempo que hemos tenido, lo hemos pasado muy bien. Andrew y Elsie muy atentos y pendientes de lo que haga falta. Volveríamos a repetir. Roberto.
