"Had a few issues with payment as I paid way more than what I originally booked for. Spoke with Expedia and they said to talk to front desk about the over charged.
That took some time however, one gentleman Ricardo finally saw that there was a mistake after days and refunded me the difference, which still didn’t add up but went the loses.
Loved the breakfast and the choices, only issues sometimes there was no bake beans so had to wait a long time to get some. Especially having a 10months baby that’s all she eat so the waiting got a bit frustrated at times but overall was good.
Beautiful suite and space was sufficient, room and bed was comfy and nice.
One side of the Cot was broken as well, a few times it collapse when baby held onto it. But it was very comfortable for baby.
However, the floor in the room could be wipe with warm water because when the baby was crawling on it, it was dirty. But you couldn’t tell because it wasn’t seen. But I must say it was beautiful.
I paid for the birthday package €28 and was disappointed with the lack of decor/treats for the price.
Last thing was hard forgetting my bottle warmer and not having a microwave or something to warm baby milk but apart from that I had no issues and would definitely visit again.
