We booked a standard apartment on arrival we were so disappointed. The room was basic but ok but the toilet was disgusting mould on tiles all the grout was dirty. The sealant around bath was disgusting
We reported this the next morning Saturday by phone and email. They advised us there would be no alternative accommodation until Monday but at a cost 300 Euro for 4 nights to move. we payed this as the bathroom was disgusting
we will follow this up with a formal complaint to the resort

Loved my stay at the Magnolia. Solo traveller. Great pool area. Really friendly staff. Room a little tired but ideal for what I needed. I didn’t utilise the free bikes but if I were here for longer I would have! Close to restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. Would definitely come back!
