"My wife and I went for our birthday week. Waited along time to go, we were super excited. But extremely let down. Staff was not helpful. No staff member made us feel welcome, Not treated like guests. No special accommodations, upgrades, meal tickets. Zero for birthdays. Actually we were treated much better at hotels that we just visited. Pool was small. Drinks way overpriced. $40 pinas colodas, $22 beer."

After checkout I have been charged again the 113,26 usd!!! And the 313,26 usd charge at arrival is still not returned, and checkout was Thursday and we are already Saturday, very worrying as this is not normal procedure for a top hotel. Looking forward for a quick solution"
