My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

We stayed here one night. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was big, the stag was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Unfortunately our 1st room was dirty (floor 15) and had cages in the way of the view. Thankfully the Hilton honors liaison at the lobby was able to assist. She did mention that the lower levels shouldn’t have the cages so it was a bit strange to encounter that. Our second room also had the screen cages around the window but worse so we really couldn’t enjoy the view much. Didn’t feel either rooms were really clean, but the housekeeping on level 36 was very attentive and kind.

They placed us in the south tower ive never been in the south tower before. South tower seems to be outdated and smells weird. Rooms are ok but nothing like the north tower. Also the noise level was noticeable unlike north tower.
