Stunning 2 BR, 2 BA Condo in the Heart of Downtown Las Vegas!

This property is very loud. It faces Freemont St. , and the main bedroom is not easy used because of the noise. This is a problem at night. Even if you are a heavy sleeper, the open air nightclub is directly across from the unit. The unit was very dirty and not kept up. The building is very nice, parking for the unit is great and the location is very good. The host is very responsive. We had a bed collapse, plumbing leak, and a counter top break. The host fixed all of these very quickly. We were in the unit for over a month. It is not good for long stays. Great if you want to be in the action and only need a crash pad after partying.. However, if you want to hang in the unit not so good. The cooking pans and other kitchen equipment are nasty and gross, and just needs to be thrown out and replaced. There is no local TV coverage . Streaming only. Again, not an issue for a short stay, but long term not good. This is not a luxury unit...…This property is very loud.
