"The room was clean and tidy. Just the toilet didn't work so well in the room that I stayed in. The staff was pleasant besides when I checked early at 1:30am. I handed my room keys to the front desk staff member and she told me I didn't need a receipt. When I got home I called the hotel and the staff member that helped me out checked me out properly. I understand if it was busy and had an excuse but no one was at the f r Ontario desk but the staff member."

"Small Rooms and Bathrooms and no Coffee maker in room. Terrible cable TV with only one sports channel. But had a fridge which was a bonus. Good location and free Valet parking was great. Reasonably priced and staff was great."
