"Housekeeping was so thorough. Our king bed was very comfortable. Our room faced the interior court, so was very quiet. Great location in Marylebone. "

"I left my wallet inside the room before I checked out. When I received my banks' warning for fraud charges, I went back to the hotel and asked the front desk to check the person who first entered my room. But the front desk only called the room service crew and asked if they found a lost wallet. I told her she could not find the person this way since my cards were already charged. She totally ignored me and did not want to further investigate. Since I was hurried for my next trip. I had no time to look for more solutions. However, I believe the hotel does not treat this problem seriously and ultimately does not respect guests. I will not stay in this hotel next time and O do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room ventilation is also very bad. It is so hot in the room. They do not even provide blankets. The shower has a very small amount of water. Not sure it is because of water pressure . The room is very small."

"Excellent hotel stay. Great value for the price. The location is perfect if you want a daily view of Big Ben and the London Eye. The Hop On Hop Off bus stop is a block away. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff extremely friendly. Loved the bowlers worn by the valet crew!"

"Reception staff were excellent, very welcoming. Room was great value, comfortable beds. Good variety for breakfast but not very warm by 9am Friends had difficulty checking in on line so didn’t book breakfast. Was told at check in could pay in the morning. Nowhere did it say they charge 7.50 more each on top of the 15 pound we paid."

"Mattresses and pillows were harder than hard - difficult to get comfy at all. No kettle in room. Very basic black metal beds - the bedframe stuck out beyond the mattress, so we both bashed our legs on them. Restaurant was good for dinner - very fast service."
