"What a wonderful gem of a place! Fabulous location and so peaceful and beautiful directly on the water! We had a wonderful fire in the outdoor fire pit and the house had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts kept in touch and were easy to communicate with. Great stay. I’d definitely return for a longer stay!!!"

"We really enjoyed our time at Skipper! It's location on the west end of Alligator Point is perfect for walking the beach for miles in either direction. With so many shells to search for and so many dolphins to watch, our time there was so relaxing that we can't wait to go back!"

"We LOVED our stay at the Tiki House. The location is on our favorite part of Alligator Point (Mud Cove). Our son loves to cast the net for the Mullet and Shrimp that come into the Mud Cove area during this time of year. Loved the large kitchen bar that was perfect for our traditional Thanksgiving meal. The screened porch is so comfortable along with the wonderful views from the adjoining deck. We enjoyed everything about the Tiki House. Thank you, Russ and Tam, for another wonderful memory at Alligator Point!!"

"Our family had a great time. There was plenty of space for everyone to be alone when they needed it, but absolutely plenty of space to come together. Kitchen was fully stocked with all of the pots/pans/utensils needed. The house is right on the water with convenient access. The front yard was perfect for our dog. The beach amenities were great. Contact with the host was quick and easy. We loved it and would love to come back. "

"This is such a unique home with added touches to the decor that just made us feel like we were at a beach cottage with lots of history. Communication with Allison was and has always been top-notch. She gets back to us usually within a few hours with any questions, sometimes sooner. Also, love having access to both the bay and the Gulf of America!"

"Photos don’t do this property justice! We were a family group of nine adults who love to be together and who value our alone time. This eclectic property had nooks and crannies for privacy, and wonderful gathering areas. The decor was beachy and fun, and the kitchen FULLY stocked with every appliance or accessory you could need. The beach was great and essentially private. Robin was wonderful and responded immediately to the few requests or questions we had. Five stars aren’t enough!"
