"This was our second year at Ria Park and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful (a special mention to the gentleman who chauffeured us to and from the beach, apologies I cannot remember his name). The rooms were clean - I was in a slightly updated room with a lovely big shower which was really nice and the balcony was just wonderful to sit on in our robes admiring the beautiful gardens. The breakfast was plentiful and we especially liked the Brut on offer. The pool area was very clean, the only downside to our holiday were the few days of noisy guests but this was not the hotel’s fault. The time of year also meant we didn’t really need to battle for sun beds. Overall we had a lovely stay and we will be back!"

"I read through the reviews and was honestly quite scared of the metal door hook breaking in method but during my stay I had no such issue. The apartment self catering was beautiful, it had all the pots, pans and cutlery needed to cook. There was a washing machine and a microwave included. In the cupboard there was ironing equipment.Safe was included in the closet. Also very nice citrus shampoo, conditioner and soap. The housekeeping was very helpful and nice, glass water bottles was replaced everyday by the cleaner so you didn’t have to worry about buying water. Every room had its own electronic air con easy to tap and operate. I would recommend choosing the self catering option as the food options weren’t great. However there aren’t any shops in the hotel and the nearest grocery store was 20 minute walk. In the restaurant there was a buffet but it costed €35 pp. On the pool tables there was a QR code where you could order food or drinks to ur table which was really cool, however the fries portion was very small but it was €5. There were also ice cream served near the pool which included many flavours (I went for tiramisu and cookies & cream) 2 scoops costed €3. The hotel has a beach shuttle which was a friendly old style cho cho train ride which came every 30 minutes there and back. Also the bathroom has a wooden door but no locks. The balcony was big and probably my favourite thing in the room. The elevators seem quite old compared to the hotel itself."

"Very clean hotel with lovely staff. Views are fantastic with a nice pool overlooking the beach. Only thing is I paid for an upgraded room and I was double booked and I was told 2 days before my stay. However we received a refund and the staff made it right on our second night and moved us to a new room. I would come back again 🙂"

"I booked the hotel at last minute as our flight ✈️ got cancelled 🙃. I booked the hotel which was about 10 minutes away from Faro Airport. By the time we got to hotel the room was ready and it was spacious and clean and staff were helpful. I highly recommend the breakfast which was delicious and lots of choices. If your in Faro, would recommend this hotel. Also near to restaurants/shops nearby."

"We had a great experience at the hotel. The buffets and pools were excellent and our room was well maintained. We did experience an unpleasant smell from what we were told was the septic/plumbing and others in the area were said to be having similar issues due to climate."
