"The staff were inattentive and unhelpful,more interested on being on their phones.Food was terrible.Its in the middle of nowhere interesting and very few good cafes/restaurants nearby. The room was ok but i wouldnt stay there again."

"Being a first time visitor from Australia I was helped out by the young man who checked me in. He helped me out with all the local restaurants and other places. Especially encouraged me to try the local horse meat. Great choice. Very friendly staff and great location and well kept hotel. Breakfast was also great value and quality. Highly recommend this place. "

"The information says that the Airport Shuttle service is 24 hours, but that's a lie. There is no shuttle service provided by the hotel. Other than that, the staff was very nice and hospitable."

"Hi Laurence King and Linda Chapman will be arriving in Match but will be arriving in Almaty on May 3 until May 7 so we want to stay in the Uyut Hotel for those 4 nights. Can we stay there with the funds we have paid already?"

"We weren't very pleased with this place. For starters, we found out upon arrival that we had to pay 6000 tenge for two people/two nights. Below is the only mention of potential fees: "Hotel fees The price DOES NOT include any applicable hotel service fees, charges for optional incidentals (such as minibar snacks or telephone calls), or regulatory surcharges. The hotel will assess these fees, charges and surcharges upon check-out." The staff claimed this was a newly imposed tax from Feb 2023....
