"Only had one night stay but everything was good. Nice and clean and a lovely comfortable lounge area with a bar. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. One thing I would say the staff should stipulate on arrival is to register your car for the parking. It was late when we got there and got chatting booking in but forgot to do that. Remembered it when we checked out but they cannot do anything about it. We will probably receive a letter for a £100 fine but phone them and they will deal with it. Feel this could have been avoided"

"Bedroom was lovely and clean. But there were stains from tooth paste behind mirror on shelf. And shower drain was dirty and could do with a good clean. On checking out staff did not ask for feedback or even ask hiw our stay was. Bar was okay but mostly locals not anyone staying."

"This property is showing its age for sure. It's fine for a place to sleep, but the carpets are heavily stained, the wood edges worn on cabinetry, and the bathroom floor was just not that sanitary looking and the tile grout needs some TLC. The tv remote was so overused that much of the white lettering was worn away, so it was a guess using it. There are no wall plugs near the head of the bed, so couldn't plug in phone and have bedside. But is it worth the price? I would say this is a "get what you pay for" situation, but the kicker was that I stayed in the PI Avimore the night before, and it was in obvious better condition.... Clean, modern/remodeled, updated linens and bed, and the same price. Not fair comparing the two really, but hey...same brand a car drive away. Upside of the area is that there is a fairly new Starbucks, McDonald's and BP right next door. Convenient!"

"The property was just OK. Shower was weak with minimal water flow. Property could use improvements such as adding a step to the sliding patio door (about a 1.5 foot to ground). Sleeps six if you include the couch but only 2 dbl beds and 1 single. No outside photos of property."

"Apartment was spotlessly clean, beds are comfy and the host was exceptional. Stayed here for the Edinburgh tattoo which was only 30 mins away by car, 15mins by train. A perfect base for sightseeing in Edinburgh and beyond. Quality bedding and towels. Can highly recommend!"
