Shout out to “Mrs Kim” in the kitchen. You went over and beyond to be kind to me and my guest. Being kind goes far beyond your job description. It’s your very nature. You were the most kind and personable person at this hotel. Your personality should be showcased in a position that allows you to work more closely with the guest. "When we arrived, we received a warm and cheerful greeting from Wendy and her newest team member, Nelson. We were so impressed with their welcoming kindness and recommendation for dinner that evening. The Tavern at St. Clair was every bit as fantastic as they said it would be! The rooms were spotless with modern amenities, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. What a pleasure to stay at the Hampton Inn Pell City! I highly recommend!"
